Corporate Overview
In the telecom business division, Shenzhen Sunlong Group (Sunlong) holds a number of licenses and marketing rights for telecom VAS in Mainland cities. One of the leading call centre operators in South China, Sunlong is promoting system integration and IT outsourcing businesses. By partnering with global technology vendors, like Alcatel-lucent, Fujitsu, Siemon, StoneSoft, Packet Design, etc., Sunlong provides integrated services to satisfy the various needs of customers.

eMobile is Japan’s newest and fastest growing mobile operator and is committed to the provisioning of nationwide 3.5G mobile broadband communication services in Japan by utilizing HSDPA technology over a W-CDMA network. eMobile has successfully launched the full voice and data services. eMobile’s market share is growing.

Taseon is a telecom networking company in the United States. Taseon mainly engages in developing industry-first fully integrated packet-over-all optical solution. Taseon is actively starting business talks with telecom equipment manufacturers and operators and carrying out product testing.

In the media business division, Beijing Xintong Media & Advertising Co Ltd (Xintong Media) is an integrated media company with revenue streams emanating from advertising agency fees, billboard distribution, cultural activities and public relations consulting. Xintong Media is also involved in the production and development of TV drama. Xintong Media continues its transformation into a multimedia advertising and content provider and develops rapidly.

New World (China) Distance Learning Company Limited (New World Distance Learning) has started to carry out “New World Teacher Training Program for Web-based Education”. This is one of the key education programs supported by the Ministry of Education. The implementations of this project will strength New World Distance Learning promoting its brand identity and influence in the distance learning industry. New World Distance Learning will benefit from the business opportunities brought about by the rapid development of distance learning industry in China.

On the technology front, Dalian Sun Leader Heat Transfer Technology Company Ltd (Dalian Sun Leader) is the heat transfer technology provider. Dalian Sun Leader mainly provides heating system to major PRC real estate developers which include supplying heating system to over 2000 residential apartments project of New World China Land in Guiyang. Dalian Sun Leader also expands business to other PRC cities such as Chengdu and Wuhan. Dalian Sun Leader is in the process of producing component parts to house heat transfer technology for heat dissipation in computers and domestic heating systems. The first target for this technology is the energy hungry China market.

EcGuard Co., Ltd (EcGuard) is dedicated to developing communication and information security products in China. EcGuard has successfully developed a Wireless Video Surveillance Product Series with CDMA/3G/Wi-fi video transmission technology. EcGuard also engages in new Extra Low Voltage (ELV) engineering business. The company primarily provides engineering service to government departments in China and large-scale property developers.

Jointly establish and cooperate with First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University Medical College, New World TMT also invests in Guangzhou Haemobialysis Center. The center provides expertise and advanced medical equipments on haemodialysis treatment for renal failure patient in PRC.

Corporate Development
The commercialization and development of a range of new services and technologies is central to an improved performance of NWTMT. The roll-out of services and applications should be enhanced by a steady growth in the underlying Mainland economy, though forecasts call for slower expansion due to the possibility of a global economic downturn. The past rate of expansion will be hard to match, but all TMT markets are expected to increase in size over the coming period. While more players will compete for market share, Hong Kong and global investors like NWTMT will benefit from liberalization policies in the telecom and media sectors.
